Automated TDR measurements

To conduct TDR measurements, a Tektronix 4/5/6 Series B mixed signal oscilloscope and the J2154A PerfectPulse Differential TDR from Picotest are essential components. The J2154A serves as a differential pulse generator, capable of generating either single-ended or differential TDR signals. For TDR measurements on printed circuit boards (PCBs), a probe is necessary to establish a connection between the pulse generator and the device under test (DUT).

Picotest offers specialized probes, such as the P2105A browser probe and the P2103A differential TDR probe, which cater to single-ended and differential TDR measurements, respectively.
